We aim to print and dispatch products within 7 working days* following the receipt of payment.
* A Working day is any day that is not Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday in Australia
Your new backdrop will be shipped in a cardboard box, this can be reused or recycled. No unnecessary plastic caps.
We deliver our domestic shipments through Sendle and International shipments via courier. Time frames are dependant on where we are shipping to – generally between 2 and 5 days.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Dispatch confirmation e-mail confirmation and tracking number where available.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are sure you’re going to love our products, but we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Backdrops must be returned to us in order receive a refund. In order to do this, you must contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, to obtain a return authorisation number and address to ship the back drop to. Following the receipt of the return authorisation number, you must send the product to us within next 15 days, with a covering note quoting that number.
Incorrect or damaged products
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com additional information (including pictures) within 7 days from the delivery date of the product. We will inspect each complaint individually.
We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the Returns policy. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
